Mary Pryshlak

Mary is senior managing director, partner, and head of investment research at Wellington Management. She leads a management team responsible for more than 100 professionals who directly manage over $140 billion in client assets, conduct in-depth research, and provide investment recommendations for portfolio managers and analysts across the firm. She is a member of the CEO management team, vice chair of the operating committee, member of the research portfolio advisory group, investment risk oversight governance committee, sustainable investment governance committee and chair of the investment platform.

Having worked in the financial services industry since 1993, Mary joined the firm in 2004 as a global industry analyst and later became director of global industry research. Previously, she was an equity analyst covering financial services at The Boston Company and an analyst at State Street Global Advisors. She has also held positions at Aeltus Investment Management Company and Spear Benzak Saloman and Farrell. Mary earned a B.A. in economics and French from Rutgers College.
