Health and Wellness

The Middlesex Health and Wellness Services are oriented around welcoming spaces where compassionate care is provided in an environment of respect, safety, and empathy with a goal of fostering physical and emotional resilience in every student.

The Health and Wellness team aspire for their spaces to be a ‘home away from home’ where all are seen, heard and cared for.

Our Services

The health and wellness services are part of a comprehensive program of extracurricular student engagement that contributes to student wellbeing which includes, but is not limited to, our advising program, our athletics program, student activities, dormitory and house staff, spiritual and ethical education, community life programming and our mindfulness program.

Hours of operation for the Health Center:  7am – 10pm on a drop-in basis.

The health center is staffed with a registered nurse on duty 24 hours a day while students are on campus. Illness and injury care is provided and referrals to area specialists can be made.  Appointments with Nurse Practitioners, School Physician and School Counselors are by appointment by emailing [email protected]

Wellness programs include support and outreach through our student Wellness Ambassadors, Student-led Wellness programming, and other therapies including Reiki.

Our counseling program promotes integrated mental health care which is a specialized, efficient form of preventative education and psychotherapeutic treatment that takes place on campus.  For those who would like ongoing care with mental health provider outside of the School, referrals can be made to therapists who meet with students both on campus and virtually.

Hours of Operation for Athletic Training: Monday-Saturday, 1pm – 6pm.
