Marc Carter

Marc has managed the myriad technological needs of Episcopal High School in Alexandria, Virginia, for the last decade, starting as director of technology before becoming chief technology officer. Having previously served as director of educational technology at Louisville Collegiate School in Kentucky – and worked in different capacities for the New York State Education Department and the University at Albany – Marc understands the culture and requirements of educational institutions well. In fact, he began his career in college admissions with Siena College, moving on after two years to serve as senior assistant director of admissions at Boston University. Marc holds a B.A. in history from Wagner College and earned an M.S. in information science management and policy as well as an M.S. in curriculum development and instructional technology at the University at Albany.
