As we enter into the final week before the 2015 Gala Benefit and Auction, we would like to say “thank you”.
Thank you to all of our wonderful parents and alumni who have so generously and thoughtfully donated auction items. Thank you to the guests who have gathered together to reserve tables, and thank you to all of you who have purchased tickets and perused auction items listed online. Your enthusiasm has been invigorating!
Below is a summary of important evening details for your own planning:
6:00 Registration Opens
Cocktails, Hors d’oeuvres
Silent Auction in Aujourd’hui
7:30 Silent and Super Silent Auction closing
7:45 Seating for Live Auction in Grand Ballroom
Plated dinner, dessert reception
Parking: Special Event valet parking is available at the Four Seasons Hotel for $30, or you can self-park across the street in the Boston Common Garage.
Registration: Registration will take place outside of the Aujord’hui, at the top of the Grand Staircase. Registered guests will pick up their bidding numbers upon arrival. Nametags will also be made available to you for the evening.
Auction Catalogue: A PDF of the auction items “catalogue” is available online.
Purchases: Check out will open at the end of dinner and will remain open until the end of the evening. Winning auction bidders can pay for and collect their items at the registration table, located outside of Aujourd’hui.
Here at Gala headquarters we continue to dot our i’s and cross our t’s. No detail is too small to overlook as we steam ahead into what we anticipate will be a great social event that will afford significant impact to Middlesex students and alumni.
