Day of Silence 2016

On Wednesday April 20, Middlesex celebrated the Day of Silence, a national event that brings attention to anti-LGBT language and behavior.  Nearly 30 students took a vow of silence for the day to illustrate the silencing effect of bullying and harrassment on members of the LGBT community.  An additional 300 members of the community donned colorful t-shirts to show their support, an effort organized by our own Gay-Straight Alliance (GSA) club on campus.
