Community Circles Up Against Cancer

Last Saturday evening, the Middlesex community gathered for “Circle Up Against Cancer,” a memorial walk and fundraising event held outside on the Circle. Organized by the School’s Campuses Against Cancer club, the event raised over $5,000 for the American Cancer Society. Leading up to the event, students and faculty decorated paper lantern bags in honor of loved ones affected by cancer, and the bags were used to decorate the Circle during the walk. With music, grill food, treats, and games, the event’s atmosphere was festive, hopeful, supportive and sensitive, all while raising significant funds for an important cause.

Though the event has passed, you can still donate to the fundraiser here.

Thank you for everyone’s support, and thank you to Campuses Against Cancer for organizing the event!
