The Music and Campus Center has seen major improvements in the last few months. The structure is well on its way to being out most enviornmentally “clean” and sustainable building on campus.
The building, set to open in Spring 2017, has had crews working hard throughout the school year to secure the structure. The existing walls of the old boiler room were supported and crews have successfully demoed the floor of the old facilities storage room that was above the boiler room. By removing the flooring, headroom will grow for the entire recital hall and obtain a seating capacity of approximately 140.
Lastly, Windover Construction coordinated the careful execution of the new elevator pit around existing foundations.
