Immersed in the life of independent schools since 2001, Pascale is a seasoned teacher, coach, dorm parent, and administrator. As the dean of students and school life at Tilton School for three years prior to joining the Middlesex faculty, he was involved in all aspects of the institution, from overseeing residential life and the discipline committee to coordinating student government and guest speakers to designing curriculum and community programs. Pascale has taught history, humanities, and English; he has also coached soccer and lacrosse at the collegiate and secondary school levels. A graduate of Choate Rosemary Hall, he completed a B.A. in American studies at Salve Regina University after devoting nearly a decade to running his family’s plant farm after his father’s death. Pascale lives on campus with his wife and two daughters; Bella is a member of the class of 2022.
