Michael D. Schaeberle

During the four years prior to his arrival at Middlesex, Michael was a postdoctoral fellow at the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. After receiving his B.S. in chemistry from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania, Michael continued on to earn a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh, where he was a teaching assistant in chemistry and a graduate research assistant. He also served as a consultant to ChemIcon, Inc. of Pittsburgh. Having led the Middlesex Science Department from 2003 to 2016, Michael now serves as the head of the STEM Division and as a head of house.
