Student Political Artwork Showcased in New York Times and Cambridge Gallery

This fall, many Middlesex visual artists have channeled their creative energy towards the political sphere, and recently several of our talented artists have been honored for their outstanding work. In November, over 800 students submitted cartoons to the New York Times annual Editorial Cartoon Contest, and Middlesex students Veronica DeMornay-O’Neal and Itsy Seeman ’18  were selected as Runner-Up and Honorable Mention, respectively, for their submissions.

The Gallery will run from December 1-17, with an opening reception in open to the public on December 1st from 6pm-8pm in Cambridge, MA.
