On November 8th and 9th, the Middlesex theatre department presented The Visit in a darkly comic performance that drew gasps from its enraptured audiences. Featuring a vibrant cast composed of theatre veterans and breakout performers making their stage debuts, The Visit explored betrayal, revenge, and morality as a downtrodden small town grappled with a twisted proposition too tempting to ignore. The stage crew, meanwhile, successfully navigated the challenge of converting the hockey rink into a temporary 500-seat theatre (affectionally dubbed “The ThRink”) as our new theatre inches closer to its opening this January.
