Dan Harris to Speak at Middlesex

Join bestselling author, Dan Harris, on Thursday October 29 at 6:30pm in the Cornelius Ayer Wood Theatre for an evening of conversation on the practice and benefits of mindfulness. Dan Harris will share his experience with meditation and his perspective on how it has contributed to his continued success. All proceeds from this event will support scholarships for Inward Bound Mindfulness Education‘s (iBme) teen mindfulness retreats.

Dan Harris is the author of the #1 New York Times Bestselling 10% HAPPIER: How I Tamed the Voice in My Head, Reduced Stress Without Losing My Edge, and Found Self-Help That Actually Works—A True Story. Harris is co-anchor of ABC News’ Nightline and also co-anchor for the weekend edition of Good Morning America. Before that, he was the anchor of the Sunday edition of World News.
