Alumni Gather for MxAA Career Panels

Each January for the past ten years, the Middlesex Alumni Association has sponsored career panels in New York and Boston. The events provide alumni with the opportunity to hear helpful career advice from successful professionals in a variety of different fields. There is also an opportunity to network with the panelists and the other alumni in attendance. Many valuable connections have been made at these events over the past decade, and there have even been a few job offers as well.

The 2018 panels were recently held in New York on January 4 and Boston on January 9. The New York panel consisted of Emilie Boone ’98, Brian Clifford P’21, Melissa Grace ‘84, Andy Pitts ’84 and Landon Thomas ’82, while the Boston panel was comprised of Rob Borden ‘00, Tim Haarmann ’91, Lisa Bonner Haines ’86, James Kessler ’90, Mary Pryshlak P’18 and Rob Trumbull ’00. Recent graduate David Wong ’16 attended both events and said “I can say whole-heartedly that Middlesex created significant value for every alumnus at each event. I appreciated having such a great group of established industry professionals who were so willing to help young students like myself.”

The Middlesex Alumni Association is committed to helping alumni with career guidance.
