O'Toole Runs in Arcadia Invitational

On Saturday, April 12, Middlesex cross-country and track standout, Garrett O'Toole '14, blazed his way to a seventh place finish at the 2014 Arcadia Invitational held in Los Angeles, CA.  The Arcadia Invitational is a prestigious high school track meet held every spring at Arcadia High School, where the top runners in the United States toe the line in front of a packed crowd to battle it out against some of the most talented high-school athletes in the country.

Garrett's time of 8:53:08 in the 3200 meter event is a new personal record for the gifted runner; he is currently ranked seventh in the nation for the distance.  Check out a video of Garrett's race at Arcadia (he is bib number 2024):
