Freshmen Call Mindfulness the “Best Class Ever!”

All freshmen at Middlesex participated in an Introduction to Mindfulness course for nine weeks this fall.  Mindfulness is about learning to direct our attention to our present moment experience (senses, thoughts, emotions) with open-minded curiosity and acceptance.
