Providing snacks for teams after sporting events has a long history in the ISL. At Middlesex, on most game days, the parents are the snack providers for the teams. Snacks should be nutritious consisting of fresh fruits, juices, Gatorade, water, and pretzels. The occasional sweet snacks are okay in moderation. Due to the increased number of allergies all snacks must be NUT FREE. At home contests snacks should be at the end of the contests; please try to provide enough for visiting teams. At away contests give the snacks at the bus after the game.
Middlesex School Athletic Training Staff is able to provide much needed prevention, rehabilitation, and care of our student athletes. For more information on how we may help your athlete contact our Athletic Trainer staff:
