Bio: Steph Graham is a Middlesex School graduate, class of 2008. She went to Wellesley College and majored in Women’s and Gender Studies and Psychology. Steph is the CEO of her company Steph Graham Consulting, where she is an interview and communication coach. Steph helps clients translate resumes into impactful interview answers, using her skills-based interview prep, which focuses on the underlying skills you develop over your career.

Topics to be discussed: Steph will be covering 3 key topics that will help anyone who is interviewing for the first time or early in their career. 1. Explain the purpose of a resume, 2. What is a Career Story and how to make one, and 3. STAR format interview answers. These three areas cover the basics of interview best practices and how to prepare.
