Dear Middlesex School Parents and Guardians,

Welcome to Middlesex School!

Please take a moment to acclimate yourself to the Dean’s page on the School website. You will find a wealth of information on such things as travel, permissions descriptions, boarding life information, and what you will need at Middlesex.

In order to streamline the process for parents to fill out forms, for your convenience, the Dean’s Office has teamed with the Health Center and both Departments’ forms may be found on the Magnus Health Portal  The username and password for the Magnus portal are the same as those used for MyBackPack.   If you are having any difficulty with your login to MyBackpack, please contact Mary Canniff in the Business Office by phone at 978-371-6586 or by email at [email protected]. The Dean’s Office Forms are all named with Dean’s as the first word and have upcoming action items marked with a “to do” flag that need your attention. Later in the summer, the handbook acknowledgement action item marked with a “to do” flag will require attention by August 20.  Please note that the Dean’s forms must be completed through Magnus to be processed. You will receive weekly reminders as long as there are outstanding requirements in your account.

Please remit Dean’s required Enrollment Forms on the Magnus Health Portal by May 15th. Please refer to Form Description below for helpful information in filling out the permissions forms in Magnus Health Portal.
