The Music and Campus Center Takes Shape

With the successful completion of Landry House, the ongoing construction of the Music and Campus Center has taken center stage. While building progressed throughout this past school year, noticeable progress will greet students upon their arrival for this school year as steel beams have arrived and are being swung into place to frame the structure. Every day visible improvements emerge from behind the scrim surrounding the building site. Currently, the recital hall has taken shape nicely as the steel beams have helped imaginations see physical progress and shaping of the building.

The Music and Campus Center previously was the facilities building on campus.

The future building will create new music rehearsal and performance spaces, classrooms, and collaboration areas for students.

The current site (which still includes the smokestack) has begun to take shape as large cranes have lowered steel beams onto the site to frame the recital hall.

Construction will continue throughout the school year and will go online in Spring 2017.
