Brick by Brick: Masons Work on Music and Campus Center While Studios and Classrooms Take Shape

Music and Campus Center in Festive Winter Wrapping

Winter conditions have not slowed the rapid progress on the Music and Campus Center as the majority of the work is now taking place behind a heated tent around the structure. Insulation has been sprayed on the exterior of the building which has allowed bricklaying by the masons, who are making incredible progress despite the cold temperatures. The brickwork at the rear of the music classrooms is complete, and a large window delivery will allow the team to begin closing up the rear of the building.

Interior work continues to progress rapidly as well. Interior framing is complete, and classrooms, practice rooms, and music studios have quite literally taken shape. The window openings have been flashed and will soon have their glass installed. Mechanical rough ins continue throughout the building as crews are routing HVAC lines throughout that will connect to the geo-thermal system. Every day seems to bring a new milestone, and the impressive progress manages to bring feelings of warmth no matter the outside temperature!
