Choral Groups at Middlesex:

Small Chorus is an auditioned chorus of 24-28 members. This is a select group of singers that tackles sophisticated and challenging music. Small Chorus performs at all concerts and important school events.

MXolydians are the premiere girls’ a cappella group on campus.  They perform collegiate-style popular music and many formal and informal school functions.  The culmination of the year’s work is a studio recording featuring their best songs.

SWAG is our ‘second woman’s a-cappella group’.  Members earn their place in this group through audition.  They perform collegiate-style popular music.

 


 

Chapel Chorus  is the non-auditioned chorus intended to give all interested students an opportunity to sing in harmony with friends and peers.  This is our largest chorus, usually numbering 100-125 singers.  Chapel Chorus performs at the spectacular, candlelit Holiday Concert in December and at the Spring Choral Concert in April.
