A Midsummer Night's Dream
by William Shakespeare
Friday November 11 7:30 PM
Saturday November 12 8:00 PM
This comedy is Shakespeare's most produced play for a simple reason: it's really, really funny. Midsummer is about teenagers falling hard for each other, and while Mr. Hirsch and KP will hopefully be guffawing at some of the subtler twists of words, the student body will immediately get this comedy at a gut level. Originally set in ancient Greece, we've re-staged this play in the late 1960's as a playful amplifier for a story that can get pretty psychedelic in its exploration of love.
