The Middlesex Alumni Association is committed to helping our graduates take advantage of networking opportunities with fellow alumni in order to help begin or advance their careers. This can happen informally at one of our many social events, or in a more direct manner by attending one of our Career Panels.
Additionally, we have created a robust Alumni Online Community with hundreds of alumni across many industries, where alumni can connect with one another using the Alumni Directory, seek career counsel from alumni Mentors, post or search for jobs, and keep abreast of alumni news. The Online Community has hundreds of alumni representing many industries who are available to share some of their insight. Over the years, we have had the pleasure of making some Middlesex connections that have proven to be guiding lights in uncertain times.

Career Corner
The Middlesex Alumni Association (MxAA) is excited to launch its MXCareer Corner interview series – a collection of “sound bite” interviews conducted by Greg Romero ’99 with alumni across various industries.
For each industry, Greg interviews a seasoned leader and a younger success story to get their advice and perspective for recent graduates and career switchers. Areas of focus include technology, medicine, consulting, education, life science/environment, marketing, philanthropy, government, fine arts, performing arts, and international relations.
Summer Internship Stipend Program
For over a decade, the Middlesex Alumni Association has offered a program to support young alumni who have unpaid summer internship opportunities. Designed to support the travel and living costs that can be associated with such internships, the Alumni Association Summer Internship Stipend Program has helped over 100 alumni by providing over $90,000 in stipends for internship experiences across the country and the world. Those experiences have been impactful. “I learned a significant amount that I thought I would have to wait many years to learn. This experience will stay with me forever and many of my future endeavors will be based on it,” said one former stipend recipient.
