Mary Lou Boutwell
Mary Lou was the co-founder and managing partner of Westport Point Capital, a real estate investment firm focused on the Boston commercial office market, and she was also a co-founder and principal of Harvest Capital Partners, LLC, a consulting firm based in Boston that advises institutional investors on their real estate portfolios. Mary Lou was previously the director of property development for the Allston Initiative Team at Harvard University, a partner at TA Realty, and a managing director of Charlesbank Capital Partners. Mary Lou retired from the real estate investment field in 2019 and devotes her time to a variety of nonprofit organizations, including the MFA Boston, Social Venture Partners in New Haven, and Middlesex. She received a B.A. in art history from Williams College and an M.S. in real estate from MIT.
