Jason Robart

On May 14, 2022, Jason was unanimously elected to serve as the president of the Middlesex Board of Trustees. An experienced and dynamic healthcare executive, he is the co-founder and managing partner of Seae Ventures, an early-stage healthcare venture capital firm focused on supporting women and BIPOC healthcare and financial technology entrepreneurs.

Previously, Jason served as the chief strategy officer of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, as well as the president and CEO of Zaffre Investments, a wholly owned subsidiary of BCBSMA. Prior to Blue Cross, Jason served as executive vice president at Health Dialog, an international health care analytics company, where he worked with many of the largest insurance plans in the country. He also was a principal at Mercer Human Resource Consulting; vice president at Imagitas, a targeted marketing firm; and vice president and president at Ceridian Performance Partners Canada. Jason is a graduate of Middlebury College.
