Brickson E. Diamond

Brickson is CEO of Big Answers, LLC, an independent consulting firm that supports clients in entertainment, technology, asset management, and philanthropy in designing cultures of inclusion, sourcing senior-level diverse talent and building governance excellence. Brickson served as COO of The Executive Leadership Council for five years and spent 15 years in the investment management business at The Capital Group Companies. He is a graduate of Brown University and Harvard Business School.

Brickson is a trustee of The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art and is a former trustee of Brown University. He is a founding board member and chair of the Board of The Blackhouse Foundation, which was started in 2006 to expand opportunity and access for content creators of color in the entertainment industry. Brickson is vice chair of the Board of the Tides Network and is a past chair of the Board of the National Hospice Foundation.
