Below please find the links to the information we need to receive from you electronically by May 15th. These electronic forms and information are in addition to the information we need to receive by mail from you which were included in your enrollment packet. When completing these electronic forms, please follow the instructions on the forms carefully.

Prior to submitting your electronic Course Registration form, please review the Middlesex School Curriculum. The first few pages provide curricular models and an overview of departmental requirements. This overview pairs with the instructions found on the electronic Course Registration form. We build student academic programs during June and July based on your course requests, placement tests and academic background. In late July using MyBackpack, the School’s electronic database portal, your family will be able to view the courses in which you will enroll in the fall. Information regarding how to order books will also be sent by email in July.
