MSSA CIT's are high school students who have completed their junior or senior year.  The CIT position is a combination of responsibility and learning.  CIT's work both as support in the class as well as independently managing tasks that are essential to daily camp operations.  A successful CIT is someone with a can do attitude and a love of children.  The CIT's are a central part of the MSSA community and a general camp favorite.  If you are interested in being a CIT at MSSA please send a letter, resume and application to the director via cslaats@mxschool.edu. All candidates (new and returning) will go through the interview process.

Instructors are professional artists or arts educators in their chosen field of expression.  Instructors are expected to teach a minimum of 4 courses at MSSA as well as advise a group of 6 to 8 campers during the five week session.  Successful MSSA instructors have a  can do attitude and collaborative disposition as well as a love of the arts and children.  Interested candidates are invited to send a resume and cover letter to the director via cslaats@mxschool.edu.

Junior Counselors are currently enrolled college students who are interested in gaining teaching experience and working with young people in a creative setting.  Junior Counselors teach on their own and in collaboration with experienced staff.  All 2009 Junior Counselor candidates should submit an application and resume.
