Middlesex alumni and parents in the New York area attended a cocktail reception in the Model Room at the New York Yacht Club on February 7. Held in the club’s beautiful Model Room, guests were able to reconnect with classmates, teammates, and even a few visiting faculty members while gazing at models of various famous NYYC vessels. Alumni from seven different decades were in attendance, as were both current and former parents. Head of School Kathy Giles provided everyone with an update from campus and Alumni Association Board member Jody Holden ’84 spoke about the various career networking initiatives that are sponsored by that group.
It was a wonderful evening for the School and an important chance to strengthen existing relationships as well as establish new ones with other members of the Middlesex community.
